Some of our constitutional rights prohibit the government from infringing on those rights. Others, however, require the government to act positively to provide those rights--trial by jury, speedy trial, right to counsel (providing attorney), subpoena witnesses, grand jury indictment...

It’s more about pointing out the hypocrisy than criticizing the action. He is free to plead the fifth. His guilt is obvious sans this evidence. It’s just pretty damn funny that trump can swallow his entire foot.
