It was just yesterday the CIA and the FBI were on the same page. The "Russian hackers" were minimal -only things they hacked were Podesta/DNC emails -not Clinton's server ( they were released by State -not WIKI -not hacked)..

Heres what I see. The wapo declares there is a sekrit cia report that states russia is behind it. That report is taken as gospel truth by other newspapers.
The Congressional Intelligence Committee which has oversight functions over the CIA ask to see the report.
The CIA says no. Says they will show the report to Obama first when it is complete. Meaning there is no such report yet.
Wikileaks says that it got the emails from a leak. A disgruntled former sanders supporter in the clinton campaign.
The way I see it do you trust 1) wikileaks who has a 100% accuracy rate and has never had to retract anything or 2) wapo.
