Trump will remain at the bottom of the list...hopefully forever since I doubt our nation could survive anyone who is worse.

Carter was a kind and loving President who cared about integrity, Christianity and the welfare of the American people. Unfortunately, he came at a time when America was still dealing with the Cold War and the aftermath of Vietnam. Much of the events in the world today are by-products of both European colonialism in both the 19th century and the early half of the 20th century and the Cold War in the latter half of the 20th century.

Woulda, coulda, shoulda is nice for introspection, but it doesn't solve the problems of the present. Trump's attack on Iran is a return to the ideology of the Cold War era and even the colonial era. Dictating what other nations can or can't do within their own borders is imperialism.
