1st off your cite is about Syria - this is about Libya.
2nd. I seriously question those figures under Obama -but even if true yo have to understand that war's prosecution.

We are part of the coalition (no coalition in Libya now -there was in 2011) that is in a more frenetic pace to liberate Mosul, and now Raqqa. Iraq and Iran and Shiite militias are doing a lot of the ground work, but we supply air ( and some ground)

So it makes sense -that and the fact the fighting is city block to city block in both- that there would be more civilian deaths.
When you are basically liberating house by house in cities -you are going to get more civilian casualties then just sorties in open country.

If you had a clue you'd know Obama cleared ISIS in Sirte by air, while the Misrata Brigades did the clearing in Sirte on the ground.

That was the last know US airstrikes late last year. Also Egypt and Qatar have been filling that role -mostly in the south west.
It appears ISIS is attempting to regroup in in Sirte, (?) which is why in all probability Trump decided to use airstrikes again.
The attacks targeted a desert camp around 150 miles southeast of Sirte, a city held by ISIS until December.

we relied on CNN TV reports for intelligence -while cell phones in Bengazi never showed this.

Why did you declare there were no civilian casualties then ten minutes later say there were probably no casualties?
Hint; it is because yoi have grown accustomed to lying.
