Ive read much on the terrain from CA to Texas and what could be built along our border and there is no full proof wall that can be developed.

With places like San Francisco that provide him sanctuary, why wouldn't he come back.

I have a better solution. Put him somewhere that doesn't coddle illegals with a sign on him that says "I'm the one that shot Kate Steinle" and there won't be a need to worry about him anymore. Things have a way of working out in those type situations.

true. the terrain calls for a mixture of physical barriers. That and better electronics.
Increasing the border guards helps too.

Illegal immigration has slowed under Trump -the PROBLEM is if you get another Obama in there -it goes right back up again.
The wall is a big part of it - its needed because a POTUS like Obama will go back to the same crap.

It's part of a nexus of border control..it does work worldwide
