Trump melts down on Twitter after Kate Steinle's accused killer found not guilty

It did happen blocks from where I live. You think it's a good judgement?

I really don't know. I agree that he shouldn't have been here in the 1st place.

Reasonable doubt is a cornerstone of our whole system, and it's one I agree with. Having not been at the trial, I don't know much about what they presented - but it was enough for a jury.

Obviously, I feel terrible that anyone was killed, for any reason.

Agreed 100% on that.

I'm not a big case follower, but I did hear tonight that the bullet ricocheted, which was a big part of the defense's case. I don't know if he was guilty or innocent, but I didn't hear the whole case, and most who are making snap judgments didn't.

the thing is involuntary manslaughter was also a charge where you just have to prove one was acting recklessly.

I am really curious what the boards liberals reaction on this case would have been if a redneck with an extensive criminal record "accidentally" shot a gun into a crowd of black people 3 times, then ditched the gun, then ran away from the scene of the crime

Football players would be kneeling

They did get the guy on a gun charge which proves liberals hate guns more than they hate killing of white girls by illegals

It is almost as if the jury wanted to give Trump a gift

you know enough that involuntary manslaughter would be the very minimum he should have got.
The shooter didn't even get that

San Francisco is a sick puppy -all of california's "sanctuary state" is also

The man sounds like a poet!

:yurtandpoet:
lol..my eyes are still crossed..still on my first cup..

You mentioned something about blaming the manufacturer.. Did you look at the sequence?

The shooter "funds the gun" -wrapped in rags and picks it up..
right there he takes ownership of his actions ( If I found a loaded gun the LAST THING I'd do is pick it up!)

If you pick up instruments of death, and a death occurs...it's on you

There would be nine other threads on it.

If you drive recklessly and kill someone you get manslaughter.

The ruling is a travesty no matter how you look at it.

don't worry though guys, even though this seems like a tragedy of justice, white people wont burn down their suburbs over it.
Why would they? If he gets deported, justice has been served.

Compare that to cops who aren't even fired after murdering unarmed kids.

He's been deported multiple times before and come back. Something would be necessarily diffferent this time?
