I didn't watch the trial and I don't know all the facts, but it sounds that it's not in dispute that this criminal alien shot her. Seems he is claiming it was an accident and was aiming for the pier? That sounds pretty retarded.

I am really curious what the boards liberals reaction on this case would have been if a redneck with an extensive criminal record "accidentally" shot a gun into a crowd of black people 3 times, then ditched the gun, then ran away from the scene of the crime

The dude was a multiple time convicted felon. You have to be pretty hard core to say people like him should be protected.

Agreed 100% on that.

I'm not a big case follower, but I did hear tonight that the bullet ricocheted, which was a big part of the defense's case. I don't know if he was guilty or innocent, but I didn't hear the whole case, and most who are making snap judgments didn't.
