This "case" is going to get tossed out. The state lacks jurisdiction. Bragg will look like an idiot for bringing this convoluted cockamamie case.
1.State charge for a federal crime
2.Felony charge for a misdemeanor records violation that was elevated with a FEDERAL campaign violation. Which 3.Trump has not been convicted of FEC violations . State prosecutors can only bring state driven cases.
3. FEC laws say if there is a dual purpose for the contribution then it isn't a campaign contribution. Trump had the purpose of concealing his payment to Stormy Daniels from his family and wife.
