You're both correct. Pedo Don is the nation's biggest troll and biggest liar. That doesn't mean he won't be indicted. If he fails to show in court, then, yes, he risks arrest in New York. Not a lawyer so I don't know about extradition laws for cases like this but an arrest warrant in New York would make for interesting campaign rallies.
He also claims he isn't a pedophile and that he can declassify documents by thinking about it.
