Trump is acting even more guilty than Nixon

Well firstly, Uday and Hope Hicks are in trouble for lying to Congress about the meeting. So that's a crime.

Secondly, to solicit or receive anything of material support from a foreign power is also against the law. Whether or not they actually got anything doesn't change the illegality of it.

Thirdly, why have the explanations changed so much about the meeting? The constant shifting of goalposts seems to indicate they're trying to cover something up.

First, they said "no one had any contact with Russia"

Then they said "there was contact with Russia, but it was about adoption"

Then they said "there was contact with Russia, it wasn't about adoption, it was about getting dirt on Clinton"

Then they said "there was contact with Russia, it was to get dirt on Clinton, but nothing came of it"

Now they're saying "there was contact with Russia, it was to get dirt on Clinton, nothing came of it, so it's not against the law"

Well, it's not for them to decide if it's against the law.

Maybe Hicks can lie to congress then get a job at CNN like Brennen did lol.

Or write a book like Comey.

Give me a break.

Let's focus on Hicks since that's the context of the Trump Tower meeting she lied about to Congress.

So before, when you said soliciting assistance from a hostile foreign government in the form of illegally-acquired "dirt" wasn't illegal, it turns out it actually is very illegal.

Lying about it to Congress is also illegal. Both Hicks and Uday lied to Congress about this meeting.

Why?

Well firstly, Uday and Hope Hicks are in trouble for lying to Congress about the meeting. So that's a crime.

Were they under oath? No. Then there is no crime. You morons just make up your loony scenarios as you go and then demand everyone debate them. STFU, seriously.

Secondly, to solicit or receive anything of material support from a foreign power is also against the law. Whether or not they actually got anything doesn't change the illegality of it.

I am only going to reply to this moronic lie ONE more time because like an idiot, you keep repeating it thinking that if you do it enough times it will somehow become fact.

There was no solicitation; the campaign was asked to meet the person who claimed they had dirt. Turns out, they had NADA. No crime for that. Dunce.

Thirdly, why have the explanations changed so much about the meeting? The constant shifting of goalposts seems to indicate they're trying to cover something up.

Again, what crime? Dunce.

First, they said "no one had any contact with Russia"

Then they said "there was contact with Russia, but it was about adoption"

Then they said "there was contact with Russia, it wasn't about adoption, it was about getting dirt on Clinton"

Now they're saying "there was contact with Russia, it was to get dirt on Clinton, nothing came of it, so it's not against the law"

Well, it's not for them to decide if it's against the law.

It isn't a crime you moron. And constantly pretending you can divine it as a crime makes you look like a moron. STFU, seriously.

The dossier conspiracies are dead, the IG and actual release of the FICA applications put an end to those inneundos, haven't you noticed the Nunes, Jordans, Goudys, and other Trump lackies in the House have slowly faded from the public eye since their conspiracies have been debunked?

???....are you saying the DNC didn't pay $12M for the Steele dossier?.....

for promised piles of green paper

It isn't a crime you moron.

Yes, it was a crime and here's why;

Trump knew Russia had already illegally obtained hacked e-mails from Podesta and the DNC because Scavino, who was a part of Trump's campaign, tweeted that on May 11th, 2016. By arranging that meeting, Trump and the Conservatives were acknowledging Russia had potential "dirt" on Clinton they obtained illegally. So the meeting was set up with the purpose to discuss that "dirt" and then devise the strategy for leaking it during the campaign. And that's precisely what happened. Trump learned Russia had "dirt" on Hillary, had his son arrange the meeting at Trump Tower, at that meeting they coordinated the release of what they had obtained and future attempts to hack Clinton directly. Then on July 25th, during the Democratic Convention, Wikileaks dumped the Podesta and DNC e-mails. Then two days later, Trump was on TV soliciting Russia's help, and that same day he solicited their help on TV, they started their spear-phishing on Clinton directly.

I don’t know, maybe she was confused.

Why did Comey lie about the Tarmac meeting? How many lies were told to congress before you began to care about it?

Why did lying to Congress only become a big deal after Trump was elected?

Comey isn't the one who lied about meeting Russia. He's not the one who denied having any contact with Russia.

Why did Trump lie about his campaign having no contact with Russia?

None of this is criminal you willful idiot.

The hacks occurred under Obama's watch you willful idiot.

The owner of Wikileaks has testified they did not get the hacked e-mails from the Russians you ignorant dolt.

Getting "dirt" on your competitors is not illegal you buffoonish clown.

Why did lying to Congress only become a big deal after Trump was elected?

It's always been a big deal. But Trump is lying about getting help from Russia to win the election. He said "no one had any contact with Russia." That wasn't true, was it?

They didn't meet with "Russia" you clownish bufoon. Are you mentally ill or something? You keep repeating the same inane bullshit over and over again as if the 100th time you might look as big of a moron.

It has NEVER been a big deal except to willful idiots who don't know what the fuck they are erupting about. STFU, seriously.
