So much wrong here one hardly knows where to start.

It was not the filibuster (which had been pretty much eliminated as a legislative tool) it was McConnells refusal to bring issues up for a vote.

And it was not Obamacare that drove up the price of healthcare. It was the Republicans refusal to work with the Dems to fix the problems of Obamacare. Instead they set on a course to destroy it even though it was originally their idea.
