Ive read Sarin isn't that difficult to manufacture..and there was always some question if the Syrian regime was actually the player that did this before ( where the Russians took out the stockpiles).

The regime actually has trouble making enough ordinance ( why they use barrel bombs)-
so sarin would be a horrific alternative
