Maggie Haberman from the NYT originally broke this story, and Trump of course called her a liar. She has recently obtained and posted copies, photos, of some of the items that trump destroyed.

Tell me, what kind of inside knowledge do you have? Do you not understand the process for getting a warrant? You don’t think that the Director of the FBI approved this personally? The Director of the FBI was chosen and appointed by Donald J Trump.

Hillary had classified documents on her illegal private server that ended up on the home computer of Anthony Weiner, a convicted sex offender.

The Russians and the Chinese have these classified documents too.

Actually, it has been shown Trump had classified documents in his home because the National Archives asked the DoJ to investigate because they found classified documents among those that they picked up at Mar-a-Largo.

Anyone can make "copies" of anything they could imagine. How could a reporter get classified information from a president?
