Then the Georgian Secretary of State should be tried and convicted of breaking that law. He engaged in election fraud.

The irony of the OP is that it is Rattsenberger that broke the law in leaking the recording to the chinese run Washington Post

Nothing to persue—it’s a hoax.

To whatever extent Trump threatened him, the ‘threat’ was reminding the SOS he could face charges if it was proven he was aware of election fraud and did nothing about it. If that is true, he *should be* charged.

The ‘find’ bit is too ambiguous to conjure an indictment out of. Simply, it could mean too many things.

Starting out 2021 with another media created Nothing Burger. The media is largely corrupt.

I read the entire transcript. He clearly violated several laws, as well as committed slander against a redacted-name election worker, and the company that makes the Dominion vote tabulators. He also threatened the SOS and staff with criminal prosecution for not doing as he said -- produce 11,000+ votes. To make it even more interesting, his lawyers took part in the call, repeating the debunked claims and outright lies about ballots in Georgia. They should be disbarred.

Hard to say. No doubt nothing will happen though, either way, until tomorrow's election is over. Wonder how long it will take to tabulate all the in-person plus by-mail votes?

If the (D)s win, there will be another fight and screams about fraud from the RW, wait for it.
