When Homan was alleged to have accepted "a bag of cash", he was not a government employee. He was a regular citizen. All citizens are allowed to accept bags of cash, not saying that Homan actually did what was alleged.

I noticed that you didn't post the audio that you say was recorded. Wasn't it recorded? Hasn't the investigation been closed? There shouldn't be anything stopping you from posting the audio ... unless there actually isn't any such video and the claims are totally fabricated.
Why wasn't there video? How could Homan, not a government employee, be investigated for bribery? He had no government position. Something sounds fishy-fishy.

Actually, it's likely that nothing of the sort even happened.
1. Homan wasn't a government employee at the time. We're being asked to believe that FBI agents walked up to a regular Joe on the street and offered him with a "bag o' cash" to help them he jobs in the future. I can't lie; I'd accept the cash if it were me. Sure I'll help the agents.
2. This was supposedly captured only on audio, not video. Why not video? They'd have to know that they wouldn't be able to prove anything with only audio, and they had to know that there was no crime to prove. You can't convict a regular Joe of "bribery".
There was never anything to this; it is probably just another Democrat hoax.
