DC and Puerto Rico coming aboard as states might help, but there's no prospect of that happening as in our current system; the rural states can too easily block that.

Maybe you could start by not making sweeping statements about every single person who does not live in a large city. It is ignorant. It is no different than saying all Jews are this, or all blacks are that, or all Hispanics are this. Why is it that left wing people will rail all day long about not generalizing people only to do the VERY SAME THING themselves every chance they get? Once you answer that question you will finally understand just how foolish and ignorant you have allowed yourself to become.... ;)

There was no 18-year-old vote yet in 1964, so I've only been voting since 1968.

We have trumpanzees in Boston. Their votes don't count for shit, but we do of course have some of them slithering around. Every place does. There's no vaccine for trumpism yet.

There are also educated progressive liberals in Mississippi and Oklahoma. Their paltry number of votes doesn't accomplish much either.

I may be foolish and ignorant compared to some faculty geniuses at Harvard and MIT right here at home, but compared to a cracker in a t-shirt and baseball cap, I'm the fucking messiah.

We had pulled up to a tiki bar for a nice refreshment on a hot summer day after hitting the water all afternoon. She said I looked so happy. The trumpanzees will make their moronic comments, but my fellows on the left whom profess to love America as it exists now
certainly must have an alternative plan to mine.
