Time to move to phase 2

You never seem to tire proving what a stupid, ignorant, uneducated dumbass you are do you? :palm:
You look stupid even with your desperate cries for attention. Seek professional help shit-for-brains. ;)

^^^ Sez the geezer who claims he doesn't care about my opinion. LOL
 Lie filled mental case thinks I give a shit.
About your opinion dipshit. :palm:

^^^ Says he doesn't care then begs for my attention over a dozen times every day. :rofl2:

I'm not sure the leaders have been corrupted so much as having to be sensitive to the political desires of the president.

Limited by their duty and oath to the Constitution. Just like it's illegal for military personnel to follow an illegal order, every member of government who took an oath is bound by it.

Agreed, but most of their activities do not involve upholding the Constitution. There can be many things of questionable ethics that do not violate that oath. Read Barr's book.

What on-duty activities in the FBI aren't bound by the Constitution?

Most of them. My point is that they do not come into conflict with constitutional provisions. If Comey decides not to prosecute Hillary that is a political decision. It does not conflict with the Constitution.

Not a lawyer, but my understanding is that it's not Comey's decision. He brings the evidence and recommendations, then the President's Attorney General makes the decision to prosecute or not. Just because Comey testified under oath and not Loretta doesn't mean the decision was his.

I thought that was why he called the press conference which was an unusual event. He wrote a book and explained why he decided not to prosecute. I don't remember all the details.

Regardless of the specifics of that decision, it did not involve a constitutional issue which was my original point. FBI directors can take all sorts of actions, good or bad, that do not violate their constitutional oath.

Correct. Ethics and the law can be two entirely different animals.

Phase 1…. “Liar, Trump didn’t have nuclear documents. Prove it!”

Phase 2…. “So, what… Who cares if he had nuclear documents?

Phase 3… “In your face, he got away with having nuclear documents.”

The schedule of Trumppers acceptance of a Trump scandal.

What documents??????!?
