Typical gun nut. The police get regular training and practice because their abilities fade. They get lots of shooting practice. In shootings. Practice and training are not the same things as being in a gun battle.

your expectations of police training is ridiculous. 90%, or more, of police officers qualify at the range once or twice a year. That is it. The ONLY ones that get tactical training are the SWAT and HRT teams.
