Three U.S. citizens, ages 2, 4 and 7, swiftly deported from Louisiana

Three U.S. citizens, aged 4, 7 and 2 were not deported. Their mothers were legally deported, and the children went with their mothers. They can come back to their father or someone who wants to assume them.
the parent made the decision

If the mother REALLY cared about the child who (it is alleged) has cancer, the U.S. government offered to make sure the child was cared for inside the USA by reliable guardians and any “doctor” needed, THE MOTHER SHOULD HAVE DONE WHAT WAS BEST FOR THE CHILD and allowed the child to remain in the U.S. for care and cancer treatment.

From the link earlier.

Hours after the deportation, U.S. District Judge Terry A. Doughty, a Trump appointee, issued an order expressing his concern that the girl had been deported against her father’s wishes while stressing it is “illegal and unconstitutional” to deport U.S. citizens.

“The government contends that this is all OK because the mother wishes that the child be deported with her,” wrote Doughty, who has been lauded for his conservative rulings in the past. “But the court doesn’t know that.”

It turns out the government has no evidence that the mother wanted the child with her. Why don't they have a document signed by the parents stating that was their wish if it really was their wish? It seems you are delusional and believe things for which there are no facts.

A necessary attribute of all MAGATs.

If the legal father was right there, why would there be a need for a hearing?

Maybe it was an asylum hearing, you stupid twat. Apparently Mom was trying to do things legally -- or she wouldn't have shown up at the court. Looks like ICE is now using the courts' docket systems to grab people who were requesting asylum and waiting for their day in court. Is that due process? Is it legal? Is it ethical? Is it in keeping with American ideals?

Wait, cancel that. Obviously I'm asking an incurious, ignorant brainwashed MAGAT bigot. Sorry.

ETA: It wasn't in a court, but a hearing in an immigration office. Everything else stands, including the brain dead brainwashed twatzilla comments.

Absolutely not...but parent-teacher conferences are completely different... There's a place for a younger children and students to go...IEP meetings the same...... I've had student bring their infants and toddlers to class, though.. ;)... but again...completely different circumstances... Not a meeting
To evaluate illegal status... The children were not deported... they traveled with the mother to her home...at her request.... Suggesting dementia is Pretty classy... I understand its tough to be a Democrat right now but really? ;)
LOL.. Yeah.. They are completely different circumstances since in parent teacher conferences it is parents and in family check ins with ICE it would be a family.

I guess you missed the fact that the court has said it has seen no evidence that the mother requested the children remain with her.

Claiming that no family would ever bring children to a meeting of any sort does raise questions as to your current mental capabilities.

Are you sure you ever worked in a school? You seem be completely ignorant of families and how they try to take care of their children when parents are working.

She was never a teacher. It's a made-up career for virtue-signaling and weaponizing purposes. And yes, she has been this ignorant and filled with hate for immigrants, non-whites, non-MAGATs for the 15 years the sick bitch has followed me around. Good eye.

A family check in with ICE? For parent-teacher conferences children are welcome In the building. Is there are activities planned... Is alternate places for them to go... they do not stay in the conferences... I made no claims such as you allege by the way... It's pretty obvious at the mother had no place for the children to go but with her... If they were to know father available.. Is or legal relatives... Whoever was conducting that meeting had access to that kind of information...

It looks like the woman was part of the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program which requires periodic check ins with ICE. This was one of her normal check ins. If she has been in the program since 2021 she has been to many of these check ins.

Sounds just like what the Nazis told the Christian Germans when they were busy deporting and executing Jews, the handicapped, Gypsies, etc. You fascists are very clever with your words, esp. those of you who pretend to be followers of Christ.

Don't forget the context of your quote, which was what Jesus said after being shown a Roman coin and being asked about taxes. Most of know that taxes and human migration are completely separate things. You false prophets though, you cherry pick your holy Book in order to justify your cruelty, lack of compassion, and refusal to follow your Messiah's teachings.

There was no need for them to be in the meeting...it wasn't about them...

It seems you are now privy to ICE information. We don't know if she ever made it to a meeting or if she was arrested before any meeting by agents that don't have access to that kind of information. ICE is not supposed to separate families when they pick people up. The problem is they then held her for 3 days without giving her any opportunity to contact the father or her lawyer.

Does the baby daddy even live with the mother and child?
