the Supreme Court had to order Pennsylvania to follow its own laws regarding observers. and Penn was found in violation of its laws in changing ballot processing that had to be legislated.

not baseless, illegal and nobody went to prison for it.

its not a matter of whether they are easy to use or not, its a matter of whether they are being used to facilitate the stuffing of ballot boxing. They are the absolute least secure means to prevent voter fraud possible.
