This is the Democrat's definition of democracy

Capitalism in America has produced the highest standard of living and removed more people from poverty than any other country in history.

Socialism and Communism have brought pain and poverty around the globe.

Venezuelans are coming to America for food, not to Cuba.

The average wage in Cuba... 148.738 USD/Month in 2021.

So you know nothing about history. Okay. Keep bending over for the capitalist class in hopes that you, too, might be able to join them. (Hint: you won't even join them). You clearly have Stockholm Syndrome since you keep defending capitalist interests against your own.

You might be wondering, when was OSHA created and when did OSHA start? President Richard Nixon signed the legislation on December 29, 1970.

Nixon created all three, and there was no union involvement.

FDR without union input created the first minimum wage in 1938

World War 2 as a way to get around wage and price controls imposed by FDR on employers.

It is YOU that doesn't know history. It is you that believes in fantasies foisted by the radical Left, of whom you are a member. You have NO idea what you're talking about.

You got the benefits without working in a union Yeah, you are a Repub, stealing what the Dems won and thinking that makes you superior.and you find that a good and fair thing. Unions fought and got the 40-hour work week, vacations, healthcare, safer working conditions, end of child labor, unemployment benefits, and many others. You stole all those from unioners who fought and died so they exist today. That's winning for rightys.

What union are you in Nordberg? Are you a union employer? No to both those questions obviously. Just a welfare collecting democrat.

bureaucrats are the working class?......

Anyone who can't afford to live without a job is working class. Anyone who survives on passive income (investments, trust funds, etc) is capitalist class.

To put it simply, the capitalists own most of the wealth and the divide between them and us is growing exponentially. They exist on our backs and they will do everything to maintain the status quo. Unions are one way that we get the fruits of our labors from these pigs.

Social advancement doesn't happen in a vacuum.

Illinois bill Amendment 1 is what the Democrats would define as democracy. It is a travesty of a combination of oligarchy, totalitarianism, and the worst of Socialism.

Simply put, Amendment 1 makes it impossible for any reason to reduce the benefits of public employees and public union members. This means their now extremely generous retirement and benefit packages can never be lessened, only increased. If the state's tax system can't support that as it is, then taxes will virtually and automatically be increased on residents across the board until they can cover the costs.

It makes public pension plans unaccountable and unaffordable. Since layoffs are incredibly difficult to do, what the state would be forced into doing is simply not hiring to eventually reduce the workforce in the face of unaffordable pension costs.

It is a disaster in the making that will certainly cause many rich people and corporations to flee Illinois if it passes.

This sort of shit is common in Europe. Greece's economy is tanked because of similar rules.

The Open Voting and Borders in Illinois allows anyone who doesn’t like the State Policies to either Vote them down or to get the Fuck Out

I here Florida is a nice place

That is it? Obviously not a union job. Idiot.

Fuck you and your mother. $70k is a good salary.

I'm 33. My house is paid off and my cost of living, car payment included, is $14k annually. I have no debt besides my car. Most of my salary goes into 401k, IRA, and my brokerage account. I have $40k in savings. My wife is going to be a stay-at-home mom. Can't really complain when I'm living the American Dream.

If it was actually all about you then that might be impressive.
