Things this election changes and doesn't change

why didnt you worry about the debt on your children when regan balloooned the debt?

why not when Bush put two wars on the credit card?

Now you worry about all that debt becuase of why?

Because a black democrat has to make sure all that white boy republican debt gets ACTUALLY paid?

Lol postmoderSandusky, none of you assclowns cared about the debt before Obama and its obviously a loser.
Yea no shit man. They were all up in Darth Cheney's side when he said "Deficits don't matter." when the stupid son of a bitches cut taxes and started two wars!

One of the things they failed to mention is how much debt would have been saved had we not fought the immoral war in Iraq and how much money would we have saved had we had someone competent leading the war in Afghanistant/Taliban/Al Qaeda in stead of Bush?

Ah it will be comical if they roll out the same tired limp dick strategy in 16. Child please
I don't think Republicans will do that. I think the fact that Romney ran like Jesse Owens back to the center once the primaries were over and the fact that all the right wing shit he said during the primaries doomed his election bid is evidence of that. The Southern Strategy is dead. If Republicans intransigently hold on to it, they will become less and less relevent and will become a complete minority party with Dems controlling all three branchess of Governemt. Think about it? After Obama completes his next term it would only take one more term of office by a Democrat to return the federal judiciary over to Democrat control giving Dems control of two branches of Government.

But the social conservatives DID shut up! Mitt Romney certainly wasn't the social conservative GOP candidate. He didn't speak about banning Gay Marriage or Abortion, it was the LIBERAL LEFT who brought this up as a wedge issue, and it worked because non-social conservatives have no idea how to argue the point. We listened to the secular libertarian types, and got our clocks cleaned. When Mitt was attacked on these issues, he had no idea how to respond, he probably never had to defend himself against such attacks as the moderate governor of Massachusetts. What we needed was someone who wasn't afraid to stand up for what's right and pop these degenerate sons of bitches in the mouth so hard, they didn't dare to bring it up again. Instead, we got someone who was too timid and afraid of what the independents might think or how they may vote, and they did nothing but continue to allow leftist liberals to control the dialogue. IT FAILED!

You are not popping anybody in the mouth, you fat moron. Face plants is about all you are good for. Some fat old man doing his "van down by the river routine" is not the secret to electoral success.

This is your problem, you think you can just lie your way through an issue or attack it with brute force denying that there are any honest differences of opinion. You're the one that is defiant.

Mourdock and Akin did not shut up. Santorum fought until the end to demand that social conservatives have their say and to block the one candidate that did grow the base. Romney was forced to pander to social conservatives in the primaries and even into the general election.

There is no way to argue those points when you have to answer for lunatics and your platform offers no exceptions. You can't answer it. You think you can, but your answers satisfy no one. Romney should have disavowed Akin and Mourdock, but the social conservatives would have thrown a fit.

Romney is not a secular libertarian type. You obviously do not understand libertarians or what is important to them. He is a devout Mormon and pretty socially conservative. Romney's one sign of respect to libertarian types was Ryan (who is somewhat socially conservative himself), but he ran away from Ryan. His true position on abortion is probably not as extreme as the parties but his lack of clarity is a problem too. He was not allowed to run on his true position and his obvious deceit made him suspect on other issues.

The party needs to dial it down on abortion. I don't mean they need to lie or hide their true intents. They need to tell the radical pro lifers to shut up or leave. There are plenty of people in the middle and even on the left that will support limits on late term abortions. Possibly, some sort of parental notification. No exceptions whatsoever. Not going to happen. Once you start allowing those nuts to take the floor and write your platform the support for the moderate positions evaporates, especially with deceitful ass clowns like you or Romney pitching it. No one will give an inch if they think you are going to take a mile.

Let me tell you what kind of sick psychopaths we're dealing with here... IF some mysterious virus were to completely wipe out every conservative on the planet tomorrow, they would be out there trolling 'moderate liberal' message boards the next day! It's in their DNA to reject anything that isn't hard core left-wing liberal lunacy, and they have ZERO intention of ever changing.

They're all out to get us!!! 007 seems an obvious troll or he is just fing nuts. I think you are serious.

Good luck on your search. I'm here to tell you, conservatives aren't going away, we aren't backing down, we're not going to roll over and allow you to implement your insane plans to transform our country. We're not going to be MORE bipartisan now that the election is over, we're not going to be EASIER to get along with, we're not good sports or good losers. In fact, we are very sore losers, and we plan to be even more defiant and rebellious, even more loud and vocal, and even more determined to defeat you at every turn. If you somehow think, in the drunkenness of your victory, that your ideas and philosophy will be easier to implement and force on society, you've got a major surprise in your future.

Good, then maybe we will be rid of you for good soon.

Chris Christie seems to have woken up to the future of the Republican Party.

The future of the Republican Party is in shared governing, and they will be able to start once they stop obstructing.

"FORWARD" was a fitting campaign slogan for you idiots. Let's hope Obama can move you forward from the Civil Rights era, and from Bush and his wars! What a monumental challenge that will be, since you all seem comfortably mired in the past. But good luck to him on that!

Krispy Kreme wouldn't know the future of the Republican party if it were deep fried in lard on a plate in front of him.

I love how the fat jokes started, three weeks ago you would have feigned outrage if a democrat made a fat joke.

Three weeks ago you would have wished you could come up with a fat joke as good as mine on Krispy Kreme.

Funny what changes, and what stays the same, ain't it?
