The Problem there is even IF, and it is a Big If, they could pass it into law and the SC did not shoot it down, there ability to enforce such a law is nearly impossible in Many States, I live in one of those States, the Republic of States, oppps, too soon, the State of Texas, they Will Not Comply, Period.
I would not count on that.....

HR 127 establishes a federal firearms registration system that will be accessible by federal, state, and local government authorities.
HR 127 also establishes a federal licensing requirement.
- The system will register the make, model, and serial number of all firearms, their owners, the date they were acquired, and where they are stored.
- The system will track firearms loans, including the identity of the loan recipient and the duration of the loan.
Applicants will have to be at least 21, undergo a NICS check, complete a psychological evaluation, complete 24 hours of firearms training, and pay $800 for government-mandated insurance.
These provisions will apply retroactively once the usurper signs the bill into law,
Gun owners will have three months to comply.

This will create a huge black market and underground market for currently unregistered guns in this country.
