i dont have access to the two aid bills but given that both are public maybe someone could do a side by side comparison?

Except a lot of those billions for unrelated spending were actually appropriations for disaster relief and better storm forecasting projects as well.

Looks like liberals in general want to ignore that the bill contained:
$500 million for weather forecasting and to help create an ocean zoning plan-the later one of Obama’s pet projects.
$10 million for FBI salaries
$2 billion for road construction across the country,
funding for the Head Start program,
roof repairs at the Smithsonian,
$150 million for fisheries across the country.”
$16 billion for the Community Development Block Grant, a slush fund that states and localities can hand out pretty much anywhere they choose

Why did these get attached to the BACON BILL?
Couldn't these have stood alone, in their own bills?
