Yep, ... there's nothing to stop a game of both partys increasing the size of the court whenever they are in power. We could end up with a scotus of thousands, eventually.

Then Scalia died. At that point I had a binary choice for the future of gun rights. At the time I couldn’t be sure what kind of Justice Trump nominate but I sure as shit knew what kind that cunt Hillary would nominate. So I voted for Trump

Admittedly now I am a huge fan for no other reason than he is the first republican politician since Reagan that has done what he said he is going to do. That liberals like you hate it only makes it that much more joyous for me.

And when Kavanaugh gets confirmed that will be the major jam up your ass and whatever happens to Trump after that I don’t give a fuck because I have the court I want to stop you guys

One-party rule would negate the politically based desire to increase the size of the court.
 
If the Republicans would stop appointing perverts to the Supreme Court, that would also work!

Donald Trump appointed a good one last time, so it's not impossible!

As long as Trump is president the S.C. would never get past 8 if dims were the majority. They'd never confirm anybody Trump nominated.

I think after what Kavanaugh just went through there is little chance of him being a Kennedy

I do however think there is a chance for Roberts to turn into a Kennedy.

That is why I pray for Ginsburg to die

Trump did appoint a good judge last time.
However only three Democrats approved his appointment.
It doesn’t matter who Trump selects, the Democrats will not approve.
