There is no way Trump can stay out of jail, he is a traitor to this country

What's important is that his prosecution has to be done as quick as possible because they will have to move down the list of Republicans that are involved in the attempted overthrow of our government and country. My guess is that there is an easy 2 dozen that they already have enough on to prosecute. That will definitely bring any part of the government that shifted to republican in the 2022 election back to the left , With all the special election as one after the other Right wing hater is found guilty of a felony. Then We have to bury this hate group that they call a party. It has to be with the promise of support for the conservatives in this country and government, they will need help in the formation of a party that represents the conservatives in this country.. The hate Nazi have to go but the conservative voice is as important as the liberal voice is in this country, but again any Trump formed party has to go.

Trump's former lawyer seems to think so:

As for Trump's legal future, Cobb said he does not believe the documents investigation is the biggest threat.
"I think the president is in serious legal water, not so much because of the search, but because of the obstructive activity he took in connection with the Jan. 6 proceeding," Cobb said. "I think that and the attempts to interfere in the election count in Georgia, Arizona, Pennsylvania and perhaps Michigan. That was the first time in American history that a president unconstitutionally attempted to remain in power illegally."
Cobb says he thinks the possibility of an indictment against Trump is "very high."
In response to a question about Trump's attempts to deny the outcome of the 2020 election and overturn the results, Cobb, based on his extensive working relationship with Trump, said, "I believe former President Trump to be a deeply wounded narcissist, and he is often incapable of acting other than in his perceived self-interest or for revenge," Cobb said. "I think those are the two compelling instincts that guide his actions."
Cobb also thinks that Trump's actions around the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol could lead him to be barred from running for the presidency again.
"There is a simple way to disqualify President Trump," Cobb said. "He clearly violated the 14th Amendment of the Constitution's Article III when he gave aid and comfort and three hours of inaction with regard to what was happening on the grounds of the Capitol. That clearly gave aid and comfort to the insurrectionists."

I don't think the 14th can be used without having a conviction for insurrection or some related crime. Nobody can just declare he violated the provision.

The guy in AZ was just removed from office based on the 14th but he was actually convicted (although it was only for trespassing).

Fox News Contributor Predicts Trump’s Actions ‘Make It More Likely That He Gets Charged’ Over Seized Documents
By Michael LucianoSep 6th, 2022, 10:05 pm

Fox News contributor Andy McCarthy said former President Donald Trump isn’t doing himself any favors after the FBI raided his home last month.

Agents executed a search warrant at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate on Aug. 8, where they found a trove of government documents, including classified material. All the documents were supposed to have been turned over to the National Archives when Trump left office.

The government retrieved some official materials from the property earlier this year. In June, Trump’s legal team told the Department of Justice no government materials remained on site. However, the result of last month’s raid showed that was not true.

Appearing on Tuesday’s Your World with Neil Cavuto, McCarthy, a former U.S. attorney, said Trump’s public statements about the case have hurt him and may make it more likely the DOJ criminally charges him.

“He had them when he shouldn’t have had them,” Cavuto said, referring to the documents. “But the sheer volume of them, does it make a difference the fact there were thousands of them?”

McCarthy responded that Trump is not helping his case.

“I think that goes to where I believe President Trump is not helping himself with his public statements,” he said. “I think if you want a resolution of this without a prosecution, the best thing he could do right now is to stop talking about it. I think, unfortunately, he sees it in terms of the possibility of making a 2024 run. He sees that this is a positive in terms of his political campaign. So he keeps harping on it, but I think by harping on it, he makes it more likely that he gets charged.”
