What's important is that his prosecution has to be done as quick as possible because they will have to move down the list of Republicans that are involved in the attempted overthrow of our government and country. My guess is that there is an easy 2 dozen that they already have enough on to prosecute. That will definitely bring any part of the government that shifted to republican in the 2022 election back to the left , With all the special election as one after the other Right wing hater is found guilty of a felony. Then We have to bury this hate group that they call a party. It has to be with the promise of support for the conservatives in this country and government, they will need help in the formation of a party that represents the conservatives in this country.. The hate Nazi have to go but the conservative voice is as important as the liberal voice is in this country, but again any Trump formed party has to go.

Trump, and his allies and supporters, have done more damage to America and its values than all of its foreign enemies put together.

The all belong in prison. But my guess is that Trump will never spend any time in prison. At best he will live under house arrest...that is if a jury will ever convict him. One of his chumps may always manage to get on a jury and stop the panel from convicting.

Trump is not going to jail. By all rights he should, But it is not happening. Whether we want to admit it or not, certain presidents are above the law. Plenty of people have gone to jail for a lot less, but the worst that is going to happen to Trump is a fine and a conviction. And that’s not lately.

I have never thought Trump was going to jail. Dumbshit.

No former president has gone to jail, but I doubt any president has stolen documents that, if disclosed, would harm the United States and individual people until likely now.
I know of no case where a former president was this uncooperative with an investigation.

I know of no case where anyone found with such documents played hardball with the United States.
