The Zimmerman Trial

He's afraid to call me out personally so he had to generalize it like that. Out of sheer terror. Don't take it personally Rana...

It is comical how full of yourself you are. Hopefully someone will put a metal spike in your head... because that is justice and not hostile... right?

You used to be a fairly honest poster. Now you resort to ignoring all the bullshit spewed forth by Darla and Desh.

Lol

You dislike them because they address you on your own level. You probably aren't use to women standing up to you and telling you are full of shit.

Now the defense is in trouble for not relaying the witness today listening to the 911 tape last Saturday and suddenly appearing as a witness today. That's called withholding evidence since the witness changed his testimony at the behest of the defense.

Burn!

Mr. Martin said that he listened to the 911 call an estimated 20 times, in order to try and figure out what happened that night, and that he is now convinced that the screaming voice is Trayvon's.

I'm sure he has convinced himself that the voice is Trayvon's; because otherwise he would have to admit that it was Zimmerman's voice crying out, as Trayvon assaulted him.

Trayvon's father testified he never said the screams were not his sons.

Obviously Howey is telling us that once again he is too ignorant to comprehend what was written.

Dearest Howey, your above has nothing to do with my comment.

That was in reply to ILA. Dumbass. Proving that Zimmerman did act in malice.

This is how Florida defines 2nd Degree Murder

a killing that "evinces a depraved mind regardless of human life" but "without any premeditated design to effect the death of any particular individual."

why is that ouch? it doesn't really effect anything pertaining to the case, it doesn't have anything to do with a self defense claim, and the argument has already been made that even IF he was on neighborhood watch he still shouldn't have followed him. The point you bring up doesn't add any new twist. Everything is the same before you talked about it.

If he wasn't on neighborhood watch why was he following him with a gun?

LMAO... your rage is again duly noted. Not mentioning your name has nothing to do with guts. As you stated, it was clear who I was talking about.

You are again wishing for him to be murdered. Because justice is what will occur in the court room. You are calling for someone to put bullets in his head. That is murder.

There are plenty of injustices in American court rooms every day. You sound very foolish.

I hope he dies, yes. If someone puts a bullet in his head, I define that as justice. You bet. :)

Lol

He can always be counted on to go full-emo. I mean, the very word emo is so over, and I don't like it, but it's so superfreak.

More nonsense from you. I don't dislike Darla. I do dislike Desh, because she is a hate filled liar. Even when she proves herself wrong, she continues to spew forth her hate. But you all let her continue, only then to bitch about others not calling out ILA every time he posts something hateful/racist/sexist etc...

OMG you are such a buffoon Superfeak.

BTW zimmermam murdered someone. When did I put a spike through a baby's head?

You support abortions, which does just that. Accomplice to many murders.

Zimmerman didn't murder someone. He killed someone in self defense.

Opinion:
Prosecutors were foolish in putting Trayvon's father on the stand. They should have left the testimony of the detective and her saying he said it wasn't Trayvon, stand. This father elicited sympathy and this team of men heading up the defense forgets the jury is made up of women.

Well, if we were talking about someone who supports Zimmerman's murderous actions, you know, like you or Grind, then your comparison would make sense. Since we are speaking of the actual murderer...they don't.

I love how no matter what the subject is though, you can turn it into an unhinged abortion rant. You are only getting worse with that fixation. Sometimes I see the men who stand outside clinics with signs, and I can't help noticing no woman would willingly have their baby, so I understand (though do not condone) their desperate, angry attempts to reserve their place in the gene pool.

I hope you have not reached that point yet. :(

Dearest little Howey... no, it was directly after a quote of mine. Not ILA's. Dumbass.

and it most certainly does not prove he acted in malice. Try looking up words before you use them.

Being pissed that criminals kept getting away does not equate to Zimmerman wanting to cause harm to another.

I support the justice system. Not your vigilantism. You hung Zimmerman from day one. Refusing any evidence that might suggest he did indeed act in self defense. That shows you care less about justice and more about being 'right'.

LMAO... I was putting your words back on you in a way you might be able to comprehend. You obviously were not intelligent enough to grasp that and thus we get yet another of your pathetic little rants.

Are you suggesting that the Jury need Mr. Martin to "mansplain" it to them? :)

I think that's an affront to every kid that was ever emo. SF seems more like a doltish, neanderthal buffoon, IYAM.

lol...wrong thread, Rana. You don't have to say Opinion: in this one. :) And it was the defense that put Trayvon's father on the stand, but yes, it was an huge mistake.

Go back and read the post, dumbfuck. I quoted him in it.

Howey, sorry, meant defense, not prosecution, thanks.
