This could be easily rectified by passing an amendment exempting colleges, but you can bet your ass NO ONE will do that. The whole purpose of college is for kids to get an education and then start working and paying their way. Most do pay their way through college as it is. Uhhh no. The youth did vote primarily for Obama, which is whom he was talking about. It's not a universal declaration of the young, only a declaration about the ones who voted for Obama.
