All states, as far as I know, required voter identification of some kind but not always signature verification. Ballots were either dropped off individually or collected, usually at homes or nursing homes by a paid runner who delivered them to the boxes. You pointed out that the cameras were not set up to expose absentee voting as a dirty scheme of the Democrats but were put there by the districts to document, not that imagined misconduct, but the real kind, such as stealing the boxes, putting dog shit in them, or other tampering. The fact remains, and it stops this fraud argument in its tracks, that there were almost no instances of the attempted double voting that would have occurred if any meaningful number of ballots had been fake.

Paid runners are illegal in EVERY state. If they require a DL number or a partial SS number those numbers are easily available on the Dark Web. The state laws required video cameras to be on the drop boxes. Over 4 million minutes of video was obtain from swing states. They use geo tracking to identify individuals that made at least 10 drop box deliveries. They then look at the time on the videos when those individuals made their drop box stuffing runs. One person made 50 runs to 27 drop boxes in 4 counties.
 
This is why we have to return to states rights - the system where the feds conduct foreign affairs and everything else is left to the states. Then people can vote with their feet. That's the only voting that can't be rigged.

The FF wrote the constitution around states rights. They hated central power.

So what happened next? Well, the ballots were delivered to the election offices. There each would have been opened and the ballot checked against the voter rolls to verify its legitimacy and the voter's name checked off the list as having voted, with the stated vote assigned to the candidate named on the ballot. Nothing in the video suggests this did not occur. The implication of the video is that the votes were fraudulent, but certainly they were not for had they been there would have been numerous instances of apparent double absentee votes when the real voter mailed in his absentee ballot or confusion at the polls when the real voter showed up to vote only to be told his or her name had been marked off the list as having cast an absentee vote. There would have been at least hundreds, more likely thousands, of those instances. How many were there?

Pennsylvania seemed to me be the most egregious example of government sanctioned and encouraged voter fraud.

In Pennsylvania, it was determined that signatures could not be used to verify the ID's of voters connected to submitted mailed in ballots.

The ballots were real. Who sent them in? This detail, critical to the integrity of any election, was suddenly not legal to check.

In Pennsylvania, There was one method approved by law to verify identity of voters: Signatures on Ballots. That method was eliminated.

With the one and only method to verify the ID's of absentee voters eliminated, that process of absentee voting should have been ended until an effective method was developed.

Instead, the ballots dropped in drop boxes, dumped en masse in the mail or delivered in boxes to polling places were counted willy nilly.

This was intended to create the exact outcome that was actually created. Coincidence? Maybe so and maybe not.

Was this corruption of the process illegal?

According to courts, the Pennsylvania Secretary of State overstepped her authority in issuing directions eliminating the signature review.

According to courts, the Pennsylvania No-Excuse absentee voting law passed in 2019 was unconstitutional.

Not sure how many runners were paid, if any. Looking again for that particular data, I don't see it. Neither do I see confirmation of your claim that such payments were illegal in every state. The laws varied widely on
who could make the drops. In any case, this is strictly a side issue to the real question of how many ballots from drop boxes, if any of them at all, were executed by someone other than the named voter? The answer, as far as we know, is around zero.

Already posted the obvious answer to this, namely that the geo tracking proves nothing but the ability to document delivery of the ballots from long distance. (Gee, so much more incriminating than short distance!) Righties, infatuated in their dumbness by this miracle, swallow whatever the filmmaker tells them.

They have the "mules" going back and forth between liberal activist organizations to the drop boxes multiple times dropping off multiple ballots and they have at least one of the mules is talking. Georgia is opening an investigation so is Wisconsin. In Georgia they have just subpoenaed in Georgia the evidence found und by True the Vote . They know these "mules" were being paid which is highly illegal in every state. This going to be very big. I don't expect the results of the 2020 election will be reversed but I expect safe guards will be put in place to prevent the same type of cheating in the future.
