Oh Thank God!
Shithole states
Oh Thank God!
That's not unique to Florida, and we all pay higher insurance rates even if we don't live in the states where huge catastrophes occur. But that's definitely a huge factor.Insurers don't want to assume the risk for hurricane damage.
Actually, it is.Cruz won by 2.6% and was out spent by 1.5 to 1. That isn't eeking out an election moron.
Which is why he fled the discussionWhen you start with a minimum level income it doesn’t take much to raise the State average
In California they shit on the sidewalks.Shithole states

Not when you are being out spent 1.5 to 1.Actually, it is.
8 million votes idiot. Totally different in a state election. Not when you are being out spent 1.5 to 1.
You do realize Biden won by 44K votes spread over 3 states. That is eeking out an election.

Florida is rife with insurance scams, and the legislature recently passed legislation forcing insurers to cover homes that would no doubt contribute to bogus claims. Roofing scams are very lucrative for contractors.

Also the leader in scams.[/B]
Florida ,the third most populous state, had the highest insurance losses in the country.
Florida 66,957,499
California 63,163,766
Texas 51,918,862
What the hell are insurance adjusters doing?
What a rube, people move out and move into NYC all the time, it is the cultural and financial capital, the best medical care and universities
Unlike jesusland NYC isn't monochrome land , has people from all over the world
New York City is a symbol of diversity and multiculturalism known to all. Naturally with New York's international status comes a great lingual diversity with over 600 different languages spoken in the metropolitan area.
When people do move to other parts of the country they bring their politics with them![]()
I wasn't wild about Cruz during his first term and I did not vote for him in that primary race. But he has settled down and I now like him much more than Cornyn8 million votes idiot. Totally different in a state election.
So now spending decides how close election returns were?
Admit it...Texas isn't thrilled with Cruz.
https://www.npr.org/2020/12/02/9406...se-key-states-powered-biden-to-the-presidencyThe tight races in the trio of states had a big electoral impact. As NPR's Domenico Montanaro has put it, "just 44,000 votes in Georgia, Arizona and Wisconsin separated Biden and Trump from a tie in the Electoral College."
I do agree, but that shouldn't affect the Senate. Cruz eeks out wins each election, which bolsters your point about non interest.
Also the leader in scams.
Florida has been known as the fly by night capital of the world since Reagan was in office.
Now the insurance industry has had enough.
Florida’s homeowners paying heavy price for massive roofing scams
I pointed out shingle damage and he told me it was "sun" damage. My home was 2 years old and had a warranty against sun damage so I called the single manufacturer. The single manufacturer removed two damage shingles and had them analyzed in a lab. They sent me back a report saying it was hail impact damage. I sent a letter to the Texas insurance board and they contacted the insurance company and told them to pay for my new roof. So insurance companies aren't lily white themselves.Face it the Democrat party has left you. It is time you move right.I will say that a lot of Texas democrats are like me…a shrinking minority. We’d love to vote to send democrats to DC but it seems no blue dogs are allowed anymore.
Eww I thought that was creosoteAnd then they wipe their asses off on telephone poles!![]()
I just want to remind you that Texas is the most Gerrymandered state in the Union, and it is just the weasel rectums that are in charge of the Gerrymandering.
There are more Democrats in this state than Republicans, but because of the crazy Gerrymandering, the Democrats votes do not actually count in this state- and many Democrats do not even vote because of this.
Thanks!
Well...Beto was a bit quirky. That fact that he came so close is a statement.I will say that a lot of Texas democrats are like me…a shrinking minority. We’d love to vote to send democrats to DC but it seems no blue dogs are allowed anymore.
Everybody hates insurance companies. They relied on you just giving up instead of pursuing a claim. Years back my auto insurance was hiked not because of my driving, but because 'your vehicle model has had a lot of claims recently'.So why don't the insurance companies fight in court if they are not trying to cheat on their insurance adjustment. They are only encouraging the "scam" to continue if they don't beat the contractors in court.
Here is my personal experience on my first home. We had a MASSIVE hail storm my home got ping pong ball sized and some baseball sized hail. My friend got it much worse baseball and softball hail. At that time it was the most expensive hail storm in insurance history. I was slow to file a claim and the three homes around me all got new roofs. So I filed a claim. The insurance adjuster said my roof was fine. I asked why the homes 40 feet from mine got new roofs. The guy actually told me that hail does not fall with the same intensity in the same neighborhood.I pointed out shingle damage and he told me it was "sun" damage.
