He didn't have to, Caesar was very generous to the poor in many different ways , Many of the leaders of Rome were. The problem with the MAGA maggots is that they are so Godly on issues with the unborn but I will guaranty, if they get rid of abortion that the money needed to support the massive increase in these totally unwanted ,rejected, criminally directed, hopelessly, poor children.,will be turned down by every MAGA maggot out there. These fake Christians are big on stopping abortion but reject the number one thing that the Bible ask of all of us , our responsibility to take care of the needy. NO other need is higher in the bible and no other thing is listed more then our responsibility to take care of the needy, it is listed over 300 times in the bible.

There are no rights enumerated within the Constitution. Nine lawyers in black robes cannot infer rights based on Constitutional law.
