it is a good compromise, but at the same time it sort of undermines the core argument of pro-choicers, in that a women has absolute rights over what goes on in her body. Clearly, this is not the case if we draw the line somewhere. The question is, is it acceptable to draw that line when one has ample time to exercise their choice?
I don't have much patience for hard-liners on either side. It's an issue that demands compromise, imo - I think both sides have valid points, but once you dig in and start seeing it as a black & white issue, you've basically conceded that it's just too much for you to handle mentally. I think the answer to the question you pose is a resounding yes.
