Yes it does. It states: Classroom instruction by school personnel or third parties on sexual orientation or gender identity may not occur in kindergarten through grade 3 or in a manner that is not age appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards.

What it doesn't say is "don't say gay" as you and other lying leftist morons falsely asserted. How is this a problem?

Perhaps you're one of those mental cases who believes that discussing sexual orientation or gender is appropriate for elementary kids. But those of us with an IQ above room temperature know that is absurd and stupid.

For your edification, the bill is called the "parental rights in education bill." You do believe that patents have a right regarding their children's education don't you? Dumbass.
