The Episcopal Church and the Anglican Church in North America are both part of the broader global Anglican communion, but they are separate churches.Total bullshit.
For one thing, dumbass, Anglican and Episcopal are one and the same!

I agree that the education level is generally low when you get into the Southern Baptist, Pentecostal, Jehovah's Witness, Church of Christ communities.Atheists have higher IQs than the religious. They have come to their conclusions based on introspection and examination rather than blind acceptance of dogma.
You must be getting used to being chronically wrong

Are religious people really less smart, on average, than atheists? | BPS
Various studies have found that, on average, belief in God is associated with lower scores on IQ tests.www.bps.org.uk
The fact that over a lifetime you have been Christian, atheist, agnostic, pantheist, that you've been Republican and then genuinely independent Libertarian is strong proof to me that you are willing to reflect on your beliefs and assumptions and change course when necessarySorry, but I'm not seeing it in either you nor Perry. Also, I'm still waiting for you to prove your superior intelligence by answering my questions without your usual schoolyard insults. Example:
FWIW, I have no problem being wrong. A wise man taught me many years ago to make mistakes. It's how I'd learn.
Why are you so afraid of being wrong, domer76?

wow.The Episcopal Church and the Anglican Church in North America are both part of the broader global Anglican communion, but they are separate churches.
Education level can be tied directly to income level and the average income of a region.I agree that the education level is generally low when you get into the Southern Baptist, Pentecostal, Jehovah's Witness, Church of Christ communities.
I don't agree that IQ tests are a good overall measure of human intelligence, and that seems to be widely known and established. I read that even the guy in Germany who invented IQ tests warned the Americans when they borrowed it to not treat it as a test of overall innate intelligence.
Caught slippin' is what happened there.wow.
the king of distinction with out a difference strikes again.
You're free to lie, insult and run from your own posts, domer76. It simply proves my assessment of you.Q:What is your religion?
A: I don’t give a fuck.
An honest, calm and intelligent person would simply say "I don't know your religious beliefs nor what religion you adhere to."Catch the drift, Rufus? Your religion is a matter of coincidence, not logic.
I agree culture and economics play roles in education levels. I wouldn't be surprised if the Pentecostals and Church of Christ communities are generally at the lower end of the economic spectrum.Education level can be tied directly to income level and the average income of a region.
The relationship between education and income is strong. Education is often referred to as an investment in human capital. People invest in human capital for similar reasons people invest in financial assets, including to make money. In general, those with more education earn higher incomes (see the table). The higher income that results from a college degree is sometimes referred to as the “college wage premium.” Research shows that this premium has grown over time.7![]()
Education, Income, and Wealth
Income inequality has risen in the U.S. since the 1970s. While many factors contribute to inequality, research indicates that education may play a key role.www.stlouisfed.org
A slight disagreement; IQ tests are a good general overall measure of intelligence, but also of education. Better education allows better IQ test scores. A kid could be a genius, but if the kid is illiterate, that becomes problematic in testing their IQ. There're also different forms of intelligence.

Are all these types of intelligence valid?
The Theory of Multiple Intelligences has been widely criticized. Many psychologists consider that these are talents, rather than intelligence in the strictest sense of the term. However, it is undoubtedly a daring proposal that differs from the classic conceptions of intelligence, since it is not limited to the skills that have been traditionally recognized as the manifestations of intelligence and that are usually rewarded in academic contexts.
The idea that there are different types of intelligence grants an equal status to other talents, abilities and capacities, which are not limited to logical-mathematical and linguistic intelligence. Therefore, the idea that there are different types of intelligence presupposes a revolution in the whole society by giving importance – or at least putting the focus – on skills less valued by the traditional scholastic system.
It appears you had some education..and a lot of it didn't take.I agree culture and economics play roles in education levels. I wouldn't be surprised if the Pentecostals and Church of Christ communities are generally at the lower end of the economic spectrum.
But I also think they do not place a premium on higher education. Most of America's older established universities were established by the mainline Protestant denominations and Catholics. I'd be surprised if Pentecostals, Jehovah's Witness, or Church of Christ ever established a legitimate liberal arts university.
I'm not an expert on IQ tests, and I will defer to you. But we had an emotional intelligence seminar where I used to work, and I remember the instructor claiming that IQ tests only measure certain types of cognitive function, but they are not measuring overall innate intelligence.
The Episcopal Church is socially progressive, is LGBT- friendly, and permits gay and lesbian rectors/pastors.distinction with out a difference!
The Episcopal Church is socially progressive, is LGBT- friendly, and permits gay and lesbian rectors/pastors.
The Anglican Church of North America is socially conservative and frowns upon all LGBT relationships.
The difference couldn't be more stark.
Stereotype.All religious people are uneducated.

Yeah, the Anglicans are Canadian and Episcopalian are American. The Episcopal Church and the Anglican Church in North America are both part of the broader global Anglican communion, but they are separate churches.

Liars, angry people like MAGAts and militants, not so much. Sad.
lol @ rectors!
There are areas of intelligence the IQ tests do not cover.I agree that the education level is generally low when you get into the Southern Baptist, Pentecostal, Jehovah's Witness, Church of Christ communities.
