You're another delusional Q-ANON moron. Powell mixed up the facts. No one claimed the water leak had anything to do with the stoppage during the hours noted. Fatigue was cited.

The Republicans were allowed to review tape from those hours, there was an independent monitor watching the count and they were present at the recount. There is nothing to support Powell's insane claims.

Barron claimed there was miscommunication. But again the Republicans were allowed to view tape of their actions an independent poll watcher was present and the GOP had people present during the recount. The recount did not reveal any proof of the sort of abnormalities Powell claims. She's just an incompetent loon, too crazy for even Trump and hair dye.
