That is not observing an election count. The recount in Georgia is useless. It is just counting the same fake ballots again.

Barron claimed there was miscommunication. But again the Republicans were allowed to view tape of their actions an independent poll watcher was present and the GOP had people present during the recount. The recount did not reveal any proof of the sort of abnormalities Powell claims. She's just an incompetent loon, too crazy for even Trump and hair dye.

Several witnesses in Michigan have stated trucks in the middle of the night came in to deliver Biden ballots, with ONLY Biden marked. Nothing else voted for down ballot.

There was serious fraud in this election!

First, there is no evidence as of yet. she actually filed either lawsuit. The documents she's shown have no filing marks on them, for example. That's trivial, but telling.
The Georgia suit is filed on behalf of at least one plaintiff who never agreed to be part of the suit. Oops.
Both suits are riddled with typos, literally starting from the titles where she misspells the names of the Courts, making parts of them essentially unreadable.
According to the lawyers, both suits are filled with procedural errors, including Arguments for a temporary restraining order in the suit itself, without an accompanying request for emergency TRO.
And, they're largely filled with the ravings of a conspiracy theorist.
The Georgia suit literally contains a claim that they know there was cheating because one set of ballots was cleaner than another set of ballots.
They claim that the Dominion machines were designed to change votes in a way that no one would ever be able to detect, so the fact that no fraud was detected shouldn't be held against their request to throw the election out.
Pretty much every attorney commenting says that this is sanctionable bullshit.

Lawyers will say what they are paid to say as long as it's legal.

Most of Trump's staffers are simply babysitting a two-year old with a machine gun. After December 14th, things will change. I expect Trump to flounce his fat ass aboard Marine One on the 15th and never return to the White House.

I did not claim it led to a stoppage between 10 and 1 am.

Fake ballots? That's not Powell's claim. She claims dominion software is designed to fudge the count of the ballots. Why wouldn't a manual recount uncover that?

Speculation. SCOTUS hasn't ruled yet. The lawsuits are still pending.
Further, the 12th amendment is always in play in elections. The alternative method of choosing a President may not be necessary (and probably won't be). It only really triggers if enough States fail to designate their electors in time, and they wind up abstaining.

The electors are chosen by the legislatures of each State. Today, legislatures authorize an election in their State among the people to recommend to the legislature that choice. Since the elections are irretrievably compromised in several States, it falls to the legislatures of that State to choose it's electors anyway or abstain and send no electors.

Both Michigan and Pennsylvania legislatures are preparing to do just exactly that.

The Supreme Court may just very well help these legislatures to take upon themselves this action. If they do, Trump wins. Both legislatures are Republican in nature.
If the 12th amendment alternative method is used, Trump wins.

Wisconsin is still undecided what to do with their mess. Same with Georgia. A supreme court ruling may just force the issue for them. If these legislatures also simply choose their electors, Trump wins them as well.

Violent factions have threatened mayhem is Trump does not concede by Sunday. Keep yer powder dry!

Oh...liberal heads are already exploding. They are doing everything they can to deny these lawsuits and the evidence they are using.
 
LOL Hillary was more of a man in the old fashioned sense than Trump, the poor boy is a sore loser, a child really. Thankfully he didn't replace all the judges with Alito or Barrett tools.
