Nothing in a court beats lots of paper documents.
Not necessarily true in a criminal case.

I will say that James got lucky in that she has a Biden appointed judge with his being rejected by the Senate committee on judicial nominations the first time around and appointed on a 52-39 vote which doesn't speak well of a judicial nominee. That her judge is both Black and marginally competent works in her favor.
This is essentially a white-collar crime. Paperwork is everything. Not necessarily true in a criminal case.
No. I figured she'd get a random and reasonably unbiased judge.Didn't you expect that was a likely outcome?

I don't know... If the judge is too blatant it could be problematic. The fix is in, I suspect.

I know. The problem is, if he's too blatant and just starts ruling from the bench, he's done and she's done on appeal. The Appellate court won't be so user friendly and will look down on judicial fiat as more reason to rule against him.In the Eastern District of Virginia? BTW, you should know that Jamal was selected "at random", officially.

Too funny! He doesn't even know what "gaslighting" means. I'm wondering if @Jake Starkey has a rule whereby he must insert at least one word he doesn't understand into every post. You are only gaslighting yourself, maga dupe.
... that you are going to not post on JPP for a few months so that we can't mock the shit out of you when you are wrong yet again. You Trumpys are going to be sooooo disappointed.
Don't say "nobody." Everybody who was paying attention knows.... and nobody even really knows what facts Comey is charged with lying about.
Be less stupid. I never said it was "rounding error" and in mathematics it is very easy to have a massive error is one person applies penalties the next person deems to not apply. It is more common than not for huge awards at the court level to be reduced by the appellate court who take a different view.
The penalty being gone (for now, as it is being appealed) is irrelevant to the Trump findings of fraud. Trump remains a Fraudster.
There are many people who are found guilty of crimes and given no sentence or punishment but what matters is the criminal designation they live with for the rest of their lives.
Trump is a fraudster and that did not change. You saying 'ya but he paid no fine', has meaning only to a stupid person.
