I would have to concur with this.

It's been an amazing exercise over the past few threads on this topic; first, "no one" said anything, but the onus was on me to find people who did. I did, but they weren't people Yurt "listened to." And I found quotes relating to the recession, but not the economy, which was in recession, btw.

Then Dixie didn't say this or that, so I found quotes where he did say this or that. And when I found Rush, suddenly Rush was some marginal extremist figure who people had barely heard of.

It's been somethin' else....

No, no - you have an incredibly hard time separating concepts. I've stated this before, and there is no doubt about it.

I've run all around getting quotes & links for you to meet your "demands," but every time I have, you have tried to discredit or distract, and say that wasn't "really" what you were asking for, changing the parameters & goal posts each step of the way.

It's been a psychotic exercise, especially with Dixie in the mix. And you did say no one said it; why shouldn't you have to prove that?

Again - it's the separating concepts issue w/ you.

I said you wouldn't criticize an establishment Republican, because it's easy for hacks to criticize Republicans who aren't in power. One need look no further than Dixie defending every Bush syllable until January of 2009, and then coming out and saying he wasn't a "real conservative."

Now, I know you would LOVE this to apply to a demand for any Republican who was laying economic blame on Obama, but the fact is, it's a different concept entirely. There is no fundamental difference between a Republican in power & one not in power in this case.

You'd love to do this, because I have no doubt whatsoever at this point that you regret even starting this conversation....

Like I said - it's easy for hacks to try to prove they aren't hacks by criticizing Republicans out of power. It's much more of a solid "hack test" to take on one who is actually in power. Thus, the distinction. I certainly wasn't saying "every quote that anyone provides for any discussion going forward regarding anything must be produced from an establishment member of that party!"
