The GOP's fear of truth

Police departments aren't separate parts of the city government, but agencies separately responsible for enforcing the criminal law and local ordinances. A mayor who ordered a police chief to
arrest a political rival would be out of bounds and courting his own political ruin. The same is true of the separate relationship between state police and state government.

Nor was Biden, like every President, elected for his expertise on criminal law.

Violent coup attempt on Jan 6. An eight year could understand that.

I find Biden's refusal to have the DOJ indict Trump to be self sabotage.

I honestly believe Biden is taking a hands off approach, which is the right thing to do here.

Merrick Garland on the other hand is likely being way too cautious and is afraid to make a mistake so he is not taking any action.

Especially around little girls. I agree.

Yet.

The evidence against Trump, from what I’ve seen, is a mixed bag. I’d like nothing better than DT in prison, but the consequences of an indictment that only leads to acquittal and exoneration would not be pretty. Those are being weighed as we blab about it. If DOJ decides against the risk I won’t like it either but I’ll accept their judgment as one carefully and professionally considered based on a fuller grasp of what happened than you and I are able to have.

All had democrat controlled Congress. It is plain to see why. Next?

That's a goalpost move. I don't agree w/ you, but it's a separate argument.

I said that the GOP Presidents left w/ the economy on a downturn/in Recession, and you said that wasn't really true.

That is not a goal post moving at all. Congress controls the laws and finances. Democrats always fuck that up.

LOL - talk about reading comprehension.

You said that the fact that those Presidents left w/ a downturn - no matter what the reason - wasn't really true. I won't repeat it again, but you were wrong.

What am I spinning? I made a true statement, that you said was wrong.

What about my statement was wrong? Please. Be. Specific.

Now lets move that ahead. Democrat Presidents (except this one) did have good economic recoveries. With Republican controlled Congresses.......

You're the one spinning.

And you didn't answer my question. I guess you realize that you were wrong on that, which is fine.

No spinning there. Only fact. democrats suck and always cost the economy when they have majority control of Congress. That is only fact.
