A democracy is based upon compromise, the Constitution is made up of compromises, and to assume a dogmatic inflexible postion accomplishes nothing, it is an infantile approach to serious matters.

the freedom caucus was right to reject the bill though. As i said earlier its better than obamacare but not by much. It is not worth passing. Better to start from scratch.

Why do you think that we do not need Democrats to get things done.....the House, that may be true. But in the Senate there is a razor thin margin.

I am disappointed in that Leftist schmucks from the party of the Jackass pass things like Obamacare even though they don't know what is in the legislation; Republicans are still unused to what it means to win and can't bring themselves to vote for something that isn't ideologically aligned with them with the assumption they can refine the legislation over time.

The Democrats knew one thing; that once an ENTITLEMENT is passed, it is very difficult, if not impossible, to get it rescinded.

What has happened once again is that the Republican Party still thinks it is about ideology and not winning. They need to remove their collective heads from their asses and get a clue. You cannot get your ideological positions passed if your losing......something the left has been doing for the last two decades.

The really stupid part ? "The bill" was nowhere near the final draft to be voted into law.
The Senate had to pass and do a joint conference committee - if the Tea Baggers still opposed it-
they would be opposing something of substance,not a work in progress.
