then why would comey specifically state that if someone else had done such a thing, they would have faced some sort of consequence?

You should know better than most how law enforcement agents and agencies operate, with massive overreach and overkill in it's pursuit of making everyone a criminal. Do not sit here and preach about a federal agency operating within it's constitutional guidelines as you acknowledge that you have no morals, no ethics, no character, and no integrity.

He did not say Criminal consequence... you understand the difference right? He said... Security or administrative consequence. He is in charge of Criminal Consequences.

in this case it is -since Lynch recused herself ( and before Rune has a hemorrhage - no she didn't formally recuse)
which brings it's own set of problems -that is too much power in one hand.

Wouldn't Hillary losing her security clearence be one of those consequences?

Comey played investigator judge and jury. He even lectured Hillary like a judge would do a defendant in a court room.
