An individual who confesses to be IGNORANT of standing, ratified, law....declares herself to be the most qualified in the entire democratic party to protect law in this nation. :palm: She confessed....to being incompetent, IGNORANT: Geeze this is exactly what his nation needs, MORE OJT for a POTUS. Translation? You first must be "charged/indicted" of a crime before you can be CONVICTED OF A CRIME....and the one making that decision? The potential underling of the one under investigation....my bad....REVIEW. :good4u:

The statute does not require intent to harm to gov....that is an obvious result of her actions, intentional or not.....

What Petraeus did was criminal also, he did it with full intent and he was allowed to cop a plea. That is where the misdemeanor comes in. Petraeus deliberately and intentionally gave classified info to his mistress. So don't whine to me about the server. What Petraeus did was much worse.
 
While both were grievous in their own way; both could have been pleaded down to a misdemeanor, and we wouldn't have had this travesty
 
If anyone of us set up a private server and shared classified info, we'd be in prison.

In fact the warnings on Sensitive information all says, punishable by up to 5 years, for simply accidently leaking it.

She should not get access then. ( administrative penalty)

No, but the FBI did the correct thing, no crime here. To file charges would have been an overreach of their power, I would have thought you would have understood that!
