Justice Ruth "Darth" Bader Ginsburg will retire from the US Supreme Court in January according to one of her clerks, speaking privately.

She told key DEMOCRAT members of the Senate about her medical condition, including ranking DEMOCRAT member of the Judiciary Committee Dianne Feinstein, the evil-looking octogenarian DEMOCRAT from Commiefornia.

This explains DEMOCRATS during the Kavanaugh nomination, carefully orchestrating weak 37 year old allegations against Kavanaugh.

Another thing that will not last forever is limiting the Supreme Court to only 9 judges.

It's almost time to update the panel of judges on the Supreme Court to 12- But, it will wait a couple of years more until when the Democrats will take back the entire legislative branch!

Then, the Democrats will level the playing field by adding 3 A-political judges to the Supreme Court!

How is changing the rules for short term gains working out for DEMOCRATS so far?

Senate rules have changed in recent years, allowing presidential picks to be confirmed with a simple majority.

Within days of taking office, Republican President Donald Trump announced his first Supreme Court nominee: the conservative Judge Neil Gorsuch.

DEMOCRATS immediately cried foul.

In 2013, Senate DEMOCRATS — then in the majority — triggered the nuclear option for the first time.

Led by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada, DEMOCRATS changed the rules so that court and Cabinet nominees could be confirmed with a simple majority, rather than a 60-vote threshold.

In 2017, McConnell used the same rule change, clearing the way for Gorsuch to be confirmed with a simple majority.

That's up to who controls the legislative branch! You have about another couple of weeks to carry it out without needing a single Democrat vote to do it!

I say, knock yourselves out!

Instead of singing "The 12 Days of Christmas", you could be singing "We 12 Kings of Republican Ore".

if you support apolitical judges, you should support conservatives, no liberals. liberals are judicial activists and do not believe in the constitution.

Really? Why do you think Obama nominated Judge Merrick Garland- the name on many hard-line conservatives Supreme Court Nominee short-lists- and has been for many years?

also thoughts and prayers. Unlike Democrats I hope Ginsburg will retire soon so she can spend her remaining time with her family and loved ones.

The only way to give credence and legitimacy to the two Senator per state allotment, is to end voter's suppression and Gerrymandering which continues to rob the people of their votes.

But, we all realize that if we did that, Montana, Wyoming, and North Dakota would end up being the only Red States and there would only be 6 Republican Senators! LOL!
