The Charlie Kirk Shuffle: false idol

Fascinating how you MAGA/Alt-Right flunkies proudly blather based on a LIE.
Who is MAGA/Alt-Right?

To date, you clowns ignore logic and facts in favor of supposition and conjecture.
To date, you haven't written a single coherent thing.

Kirk pushed a bigoted lie
I bet I know why you haven't posted any videos of Charlie Kirk "pushing" this "bigoted lie"

But you'll follow the Goebbels play book to the letter. Pathetic.
I'll watch video. Post it.

The joker who shot Kirk wasn't a marxist, you blithering idiot! He was raised in a conservative Mormon family in Utah, is white and handled guns since he was a kid. If you have actual proof from legit law enforcement reports that prove so, then produce it. If not, continue to bray like an ass.
he's a transy pansy.

OK what about airline pilots we have a White guy that finished top in his class as a naval pilot with multiple carrier lands and takeoffs and a black guy that has the minimal qualifications and came up through civil aviation. Which would you prefer as the pilot of the 777 that you are on going to France?
White guy of course.

So would I but if the situations were reversed I'd prefer the Black guy. So when we see a Black pilot how do we know he did not take the spot of a better qualified White guy or Asian. Shouldn't we hire the cream of the crop?
Of course. The best qualified should be hired. Never disagreed with that.

The DEI is to ensure that racism isn't involved in the hiring decision. Too many Black men with the right qualifications have been overlooked.

If "DEI hiring"is in place how would a black man or woman with the right qualifications "be overlooked"?
Use gender-neutral job descriptions, blind resume screening, diverse interview panels, and skills-focused selection criteria....
No quotas, no boxes to check...just the most qualified...

But if standards are lowered to ensure enough students of color get in that would be wrong, correct?

that is exactly how it should be done.

No, DEI initiatives do not lower hiring standards, but rather aim to remove barriers and biases in the hiring process to ensure a wider talent pool is considered.

To answer your question, it would be wrong.
