I think it is, normies are megapissed everywhere. Nobody will be forgetting this at any election times soon.
Not going to start tapdancing on the DNC's grave just yet, but I think their ways have done them in just about completely.
 
As Charlie was a big believer that innocent people dying was ok and fine as the cost of keeping gun laws as open as possible to the mentally ill and criminals, etc, and he believed it was a price innocent people should pay I want to be supportive of Kirk, i think him paying the cost is better than others paying the cost for that "freedom". In other words i support Kirk getting what he wanted.

I do this because anyone arguing it is the wrong cost for Kirk to pay, while others are paying that cost is a truly deplorable person and Kirk would not think that way. Kirk would not think 'it is a cost others should pay but not myself'.

I feel similarly for anyone who would vote to send a nation in to an unnecessary war knowing many young lives will be lost. It should be their kids, their friends and community alongside others on the front lines, even more so than the one who voted for another approach but lost the vote. It is a tragedy when that person who voted against it dies or loses kids. Not so much when the person who pushed them into war dies or loses kids, community, etc.
