Social media and all the misinformation out there is the main reason for the division in this country. And those that take advantage of it for their personal gain are to blame.

Accurately describing what a stupid and dangerous person Trump is. Biden is a reasonably educated politician who has great experience in government, Trump is none of that and it shows.
We have no idea why Kirk was killed. The killer has not spoken. You can be sure it was not about defending or ending free speech. That is too abstract for a young killer.

Yes, but they were mostly adults, so they had easy access to about anything. This social media has become problematic, in more ways than one.
It has caused family break-ups and defamation lawsuits, among others. So there's no doubt they get it from social media. What can we do?

There is a reason the Bible is the most printed book in the World. BTW you can only define it one way and that takes some earnest playful work to do it. You have to interpret it so the interpretation does not disagree with other areas of the Bible and that takes work.

Yeah, I get it. You have to do theological gymnastics to reconcile the discrepancies that are rampant in the Bible. That’s been going on for 2000 years. You Christians are always clamoring for a fix to explain a problem with your theology.

As the former evangelical Christian turned Bible scholar and atheist, Bart Ehrman, puts it - there is no better way to create an atheist than to STUDY the Bible rather than merely READ it. When one actually studies it, the errors and contradictions become insurmountable for a rational mind.
