As for the IQ issue, IQ is difficult to measure due to cultural and education differences. Additionally, and not being sarcastic here, a lot of the smart people left Gaza decades ago.

Add to this the fact that too many dumbasses think "High IQ = Better People". That's not true as Ted Kaczynski and Ted Bundy proved. There are also different types of intelligence so scoring well on an American IQ test isn't necessarily an accurate indicator of their intelligence or value in certain professional fields. Unfortunately, it's the best tool available so tests like SATs and ACTs help identify people with intelligence and a well-rounded education.
 
So, when you advocate for the citizens of Gaza - you're using them as a "shield" to "protect Hamas"?

Are we supposed to demonize everyone there, to make it easier on our conscience? This discussion has gone off the rails....

Isn't it disgusting that these same Reichwing fucktards are fine with the deaths of Palestinian infants and children, yet they worship the Sacred Embryo? They want to force all pregnant American women to give birth because "life is sacred." They call those of us who support choice "baby killers."

We now know who the actual baby killers really are.

The pro-life stuff is such hypocrisy. It always has been.

Most of that movement is just about controlling women. You can't claim to be pro-life and cheerlead invading Iraq, or dehumanize the population of Gaza. It's never been sincere w/ most who call themselves pro-lifers.

Absolute truth. If they truly believed that children are precious, they wouldn't wail and bitch so much about the social safety net, food stamps, etc. They would be appalled at the horrible things taking place right now in the ME on both sides -- the deaths of children whether Israeli or Palestinian. You are correct; controlling women is the end game, not saving embryos.

I understand there are problems for people getting out of shitholes, but the problems in Gaza have been going on far longer than most of the current people living there. Another problem is that the other Arab states don't give a shit about them so, IMO, those who put all of this on Israel are part of the problem, not part of the solution.

Agreed, most people just want to live their lives. Agreed being in Gaza doesn't make one a terrorist but, again, why don't other Arab states want Gaza Palestinians in their own countries?

That is EXACTLY what is happening. I still advocate providing them an escape route but Israel can't not attack Hamas because Hamas would rather see dead civilians because they know people like you will scream for Israel to stop. That only ensures Hamas will attack Israel again in the future. Hamas must be totally decimated this time to destroy their ability to do this again. Personally I hope all the people that don't support Hamas get out of Gaza but I don't think Hamas will let that happen. Ultimately citizens of a country have to suffer for the mistakes their government makes. That has been true throughout history it is true today. Israel must protect Israelis not Palestinians. They are trying to not kill Palestinians. Dropping leaflets. Mass text messaging. Dropping knock bombs etc. In the end they will have to attack though.
 
The Jews live at peace with Palestinians in Israel. But then again they don't let teachers to teach to hate and murder Jews or Palestinians. What a novel idea!:thinking:

If that was true, then why aren't the other Arab nations sending supplies, helping those in Gaza to build factories and tourist resorts along their 25 miles of beach?

IMO, it's just a convenient excuse since, by the results, the Arab nations don't give a shit about the Palestinians.

Gaza could become another Monaco or San Marino if the population were to put themselves into bettering themselves and the economy rather than fighting a perpetual war with their neighbors.
