Of course, none of that mattered just 10 seconds before you read my post asking you why you are believing either of the two simplest explanations... You were here asking "Why are we doing this if Trump destroyed their ability to make nuclear weapons?" with all the rest as you rent your shirt and decried how awful the US is...

Pretending that those people are not a danger with this material on hand is just pretense and bad poetry...

Now, do I think that it is enough of a danger for this? I still am not sure... I wait to see the result to figure out if it was a moral action. If we wind up with some form of safety and people in Iran were freed from tyranny I may actually think it was worth it.

We could also go nuclear, but more probably NATO would join the party and the Iranian regime would be eliminated with Western boots occupying the major cities.

They can try, but nuking a NATO country, even with a non-fissionable dirty bomb, would be the end of their country. The entire reason for having nukes is a defensive strategy. It's to prevent from happening what Trump is doing to them. As soon as Israel acquired nuclear weapons, the conventional attacks against them by the Arabs stopped. The fact you don't want to see your beliefs applied to North Korea is why I don't trust your judgment.

If Trump "obliterated" Irans nuclear program, securing for us many years of peace from them, then a few months later it is not possible that Iran was a week away from nuking the US.

it means Trump was lying when he said he obliterated it ...OR ... he was lying when he said Iran was a week from nuking us.

Both of those thing CANNOT be true.

Also if Iran was a week away from nuking us that means Trump's admin failed more than any other admin prior as no prior US admin allowed iran or any nation since the Cuban missile crisis in the early 1960's. So Trumps admin is the biggest failure since then.

It wouldn't be a nuke... Again, the simplest of views. You prefer to talk about people. I tend to speak at the level of the person I am speaking with. You attack, so I attack. I can do better. Which is why I rarely speak with you lately. I am working on doing better.

You trust me not to dox you, even that claim is silly though. Pretending that such actions are better dealt with after the fact is absolutely stupid. If someone doxes you, the danger you are in is real even if you then report it to the FBI or some other law enforcement.

Prevention beats cure. However, that would not be the measure of whether I think what is happening here was a moral act. It will be, as the Dalai Lama will say, the result. If people are free because of what was done here, it was a moral act. If people are not free, and the only result is that Iran doesn't have nuclear material... It was not.

I still watch the man daily talking with the press. Unlike Biden this man is not hidden from us. I don't believe I have ever seen a more media-present President in my entire lifetime. He practically speaks with the press daily, from a podium not just shouted partial conversations near a helicopter as he's running away. While an Easter bunny has stood next to him on a balcony, one has yet to save him from a media appearance...

I continue to watch for signs of dementia, like the 9 AM "lids" before the dementia addled Biden ever woke up... but I still haven't seen them. I do get that the leftists like to try to use the same "attacks" on the righties... but this one is one sad weaksauce of an attack.

If we put Trump talking to the press yesterday (he said that Kim Jong Un called Biden a "mentally retarded person" constantly) and Biden after prepping for two weeks before a debate next to each other, Trump without preparation is infinitely more present than the guy who "beat Medicare"...

The closest America was to being nuked was the Cuban missile crisis. Since then America has had more competetant leadership that has kept America away from that threat.

@Libhater admits Trump let America get 7 days away from being nuked making Trump and his admin the most irresponsible and weak, that they allowed such a threat to be so close, after they 'obliterated' that threat just a few month prior. For Trumps admin to allow them to come all the way back from obliteration to being able to 'nuke the US within 7 days' is a massive failure on their point.

We never honored the deal.....the deal was never completed...a part of the deal was the end of sanctions.
