The Affidavit

Trump didn't take anything out of the Archives that the Archives didn't authorize.

The Archives made the referral about unauthorized material

The investigation began as a result of a referral the United States National Archives and Records Administration sent to the United States Department of Justice. The NARA referral stated that on January 18, 2022, in accordance with the
Presidential Records Act, NARA received from the office of former President Donald J. Trump, fifteen boxes or records which had been transported from the FPOTUS property....reported to contain highly classified documents intermingled with other records.

David Petraeus got two years probation and a $100,000 fine for MUCH less, Petraeus only had one document.

Im pretty sure Trump is getting prosecuted.

Yep. Trump didn't really want this affidavit released. He just pretended. It is absolutely devastating for him. Indictment is inevitable, and it appears the case for obstruction is a slam dunk. Multiple witnesses. Trump is done.

Fiction. You're going to have to do better than that!

Not a crime. You listed a law (badly formatted). Try again.

Still saying this after SEVEN YEARS of saying this.

If he wanted it released it was a mistake, it’s devastating for him.

If he hid the documents and didn't tell them about them, then how did they know exactly what documents he had and where they were?

I don't know as he hid them but apparently he refused to return them. Maybe they knew because of an informer like Melania, I imagine she would prefer the shithead was in jail too.

Nope. No crime. Learn what 'fact' means. It does not mean 'Universal Truth'. Circular argument fallacy (fundamentalism).

It does.

What shit?

What crime?

What crime?

He did.

How the fuck do you think they got a warrant if they did not suspect a crime and they found the confidential documents he illegally had at his home. why do you ask such fucking stupid questions?

What crime?

What crime?

Fantasy. Bulverism fallacy. Biden was never elected.

what crime? Take your pick.

A federal judge ruled on Monday that former President Donald J. Trump and a lawyer who had advised him on how to overturn the 2020 election most likely had committed felonies, including obstructing the work of Congress and conspiring to defraud the United States.

Trump also could be charged with “seditious conspiracy”, a rarely used statute that makes it illegal to overthrow the US government by force, a charge that has already been brought against multiple participants in the assault.

Wire fraud-Democrats said in a June hearing of the January 6 committee that Trump, a Republican, raised some $250m from supporters to advance fraudulent claims in court that he won the election, but steered much of the money elsewhere. This raises the possibility that he could be charged with wire fraud, which prohibits obtaining money on “false or fraudulent pretenses”, legal experts said.

Legal experts said Trump may have violated at least three Georgia criminal election laws: conspiracy to commit election fraud, criminal solicitation to commit election fraud, and intentional interference with performance of election duties.

Justice Department on Friday revealed law enforcement was investigating Trump for three main possible infractions: the concealment, mutilation or removal of records; obstruction of justice, including the destruction, alteration or falsification of records in federal investigations; and possible violations of the Espionage Act, which can include the refusal to turn over documents relating to national security upon request as well as transmitting or losing such information.

Took what???!?

Confidential material isn't secret.

Illiteracy: Misspelled 'briefs'.
Confidential material isn't secret.

You still haven't described what crime there was, any specifics, or even what you are talking about.

Try listening to the news, I'm not here to explain things to idiots.
